I have gradually stopped smoking starting about a year ago. And a large amount of thanks will have to go to these electronic cigars which I started at that same time a year ago. Its continued use had me gradually getting out of smoking. Bit by bit I lessened the use of cigarettes until I was finally able to get rid of it a good 4 months ago. But since I cannot go past the withdrawal symptom stage, it is good at least for me that I have a premium electronic cigarette with me that helps me get over the feeling of wanting to smoke. This premium electronic cigarette is even flavored with some of my favorite things like mint, and even coffee flavors which of course can aid you in getting the feeling of wanting nicotine more or less. Even some friends I have admire my resolve in trying to quit smoking and have inspired them also to start doing the same as it is for their own benefit this time they say. I am glad that I have that kind of effect on them, but mostly, I am glad I am able to have the willpower to quit as my own kids and wife does not like me smoking as they see me getting sick more and more when I do so. With the help of this electronic device though, I can now say I am on the road to recovery from being a chain smoker.
